As Stream Owner – Operational Value Stream (OVS) (m/f/d), you will shape the core of our operational processes. You ensure an outstanding customer experience across all touchpoints and combine strategic thinking with operational excellence to empower our teams worldwide.

• You take full ownership of managing and further developing the entire Operational Value Stream (OVS), consistently aligning processes with impact and quality.

• You ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience across all touchpoints – from marketing and sales to onboarding, support, and customer success.

• You leverage OKRs to connect teams, create shared priorities, and deliver measurable results throughout the customer lifecycle.

• You use customer feedback, market behavior, and process data to drive optimization and make data-based decisions.

• You develop standards, processes, and tools that sustainably ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability.

• Where others see complexity, you create clarity and direction – with focus, structure, and a strong sense for what truly matters.

• You take clear leadership responsibility within our agile matrix structure:
  • Disciplinary leadership and development of employees in their “home base” teams: Customer Experience (including Service Success & Support), Customer Growth & Solutions, and Marketing & Communication.
  • Acting as an enabler and coach in lateral leadership, ensuring excellence within cross-functional value stream teams that create end-to-end value for our customers.

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Customer Management, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience in a leadership or steering role within Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, or Service.

• Strong expertise in process management, operational excellence, and KPI management.

• Strategic and holistic thinking combined with a strong customer and service orientation.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, change management, and team facilitation.

• Analytical mindset and routine use of CRM, support, and analytics tools.
